Marisa Benjamin is a Senior Brokerage Advisor with TRUE Commercial Real Estate, LLC and brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in retail, office, shopping center, investment, and development leasing and sales throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Throughout her career, Marisa has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in a wide range of commercial transactions. Her expertise includes market analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, investment sales, and property marketing. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills, Marisa is committed to providing exceptional service while building long-term relationships founded on trust, communication, and results.
Prior to joining TRUE Commercial Real Estate, Marisa worked with respected local firms including LMS Commercial Real Estate and Towne Retail, LLC. Before beginning her career in commercial real estate, she successfully owned and operated a partnership internet business, providing her with valuable entrepreneurial experience and a strong understanding of business operations from a client's perspective.
A lifelong Lancaster County resident, Marisa enjoys helping her husband with his antique business, spending time on the baseball field cheering on her son, and making memories with her daughter and grandchildren. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, embarking on adventures with family and friends, and supporting the local businesses and communities she proudly serves.
