Blaze L. Cambruzzi, MBA, MSFRE, Managing Partner – Blaze brings over 15 years of experience to TRUE including an eclectic background of brokerage, property & asset management, development, acquisitions, and dispositions in retail, office, industrial, residential, and hospitality properties. Blaze holds multiple degrees including a Masters of Finance and Real Estate from American University and a Masters of Business Administration from Millersville University. Additionally, he teaches as an adjunct professor at Millersville University instructing courses on “Real Estate Investment and Finance” and “Business, Government and Society.”
Darin R. Wolfe, Partner, Brokerage Advisor – Darin combines commercial real estate brokerage experience with 20 years of corporate finance experience. Darin’s business approach is deeply rooted in consultative client service and is a natural fit for TRUE. First, as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (pwc), specializing in business consolidations and mergers and acquisitions and later as Chief Financial Officer of a large regional insurance broker, Darin offers the unique perspective of the client as well as strong financial and business acumen, and delivers a high-level of professional services including effective management of client expectations. Active in the community, he currently is a board member of The North Museum in Lancaster, and a member of the finance committee of St. Anne Parish. He resides in East Lampeter Township with his wife, three children and a rescue Bassett mix.
Theodore A. Hummel, CCIM, CIPS, E-Pro, Broker of Record, Brokerage Advisor – Ted brings over 40 years of commercial real estate and investment experience in the central Pennsylvania region to our team. Ted’s brokerage background, and his experience as an owner of a variety of commercial properties, provides unique insight to the project team on several fronts, particularly in Brokerage and Property Management. Ted’s network of business leaders provides constant outreach into the professional community is a source of commercial tenant lead development and fulfillment.
Benjamin H. Bamford, Partner, Brokerage Advisor – Ben has more than 25 years of construction management and development experience with a main emphasis on single-family residential and multi-family projects. He has also developed commercial properties including retail, hotel, medical and industrial with values in the range of $10 million to $175
million. He is chair of the Lancaster Township Supervisors and is a voting member of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS). He has been the chairman of the board of the Lancaster Industrial Development Authority since 1996 and is also vice chair of the Lancaster Municipal Authority. In addition, he is the incoming chair of the board of Homestead Village - a Lancaster retirement community. The Lancaster County Board of Commissioners has appointed him to the Lancaster County Planning Commission and the Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Commission. He is active in the community and is a Rotary Club of Lancaster board member and a member of the Lebanon Valley College Alumni Scholarship Committee and LVC's Leadership Council.
Steve Clipman, Senior Brokerage Advisor – Steve has over 25 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. He has participated in a wide variety of commercial brokerage transactions, with primary focus on retail leasing and sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation. A few of Steve's past satisfied clients include Red Robin, Weis Markets, Sky Zone, Great Clips, Furniture Solutions, Wendy's , and Popeye's. Steve is involved with community volunteerism and philanthropy and gives his time to Kennedy's Disease Association, Hospice of Lancaster County, and LCBC Church. Steve is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Gordon Kauffman, Senior Brokerage Advisor – Gordon "Gordie" Kauffman has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience across multiple market segments and disciplines including retail, industrial, office, residential and commercial land development, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic asset planning. He attended York College of Pennsylvania and The Pennsylvania State University - York Campus.
Gordon is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He served on the Board of the Gretchen Wolf-Swartz Scholarship Fund for 6 years and served as President of the York-Adams Chapter of PIAA Basketball Officials for 5 years.
Bob Ramsay, Brokerage Advisor – Bob is a native of Lancaster, PA., and has been in Commercial Real Estate for 40 years. A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology and a successful Sales and Sales Leadership careers with nationally known Technology and Automotive brands, Bob brought his Sales and business acumen to the Central Pennsylvania commercial real estate market.
Bob entered the real estate profession and, since 1979, has done commercial and industrial brokerage exclusively. He was one of the original four founding members of the Commercial & Industrial Council of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, has served as C&I Council president on four separate occasions and was named the C&I Member of the Year in 2001. Bob has served LCAR as a member of the Public Relations, Grievance, By-Laws and Budget Committees as well as the Governance Task Force.
He has participated in the sale of some of Lancaster's most visible properties, including Place Marie, the Griest Building, the James F. Wild Complex, the Stehli Silk Mill and the Armstrong World Industries Headquarters Building. Bob and his wife divide their time between Lancaster and the Chesapeake Bay area of Maryland.
Althea Ramsay Carrigan, Brokerage Advisor - Althea is Vice President of Burle Business Park, a 1.3 million square foot mixed use commercial and industrial business center in Lancaster PA. This former world headquarters of the RCA Corporation is an adaptive re-use industrial park and business center facility with over 35 tenants on 75 acres. Althea is a 22-year member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR) and the Lancaster County Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Council where she received the C&I Member of the Year Award in 2007. She has served on the Lancaster County Association of Realtors board of directors, and numerous terms on the Commercial and Industrial Council board of directors including serving as its President, and currently serves on the Education Task Force. Althea is currently the President of the Lancaster Rotary and is also the pro-bono Realtor and an active 15-year volunteer for the Lancaster County U.S. Marine Corps League Toys for Tots operation and is a member of the Columbia, PA Old-Fashioned Christmas planning committee. Her interests include residential and commercial space planning, interior design, and decorating projects. She is (endlessly) working on her 1879 Victorian home which she shares with her "Mini" English bulldog Mikey and her cat Oreo.
