Bob is a native of Lancaster, PA and has been in commercial real estate for 40 years. A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology and a successful sales and sales leadership career with nationally known technology and automotive brands, Bob brought his sales and business acumen to the Central Pennsylvania commercial real estate market. Bob entered the real estate profession and, since 1979, has done commercial and industrial brokerage exclusively. He was one of the original four founding members of the Commercial & Industrial Council of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, has served as C&I Council president on four separate occasions and was named the C&I Member of the Year in 2001. Bob has served LCAR as a member of the Public Relations, Grievance, By-Laws and Budget Committees as well as the Governance Task Force. He has participated in the sale of some of Lancaster's most visible properties, including Place Marie, the Griest Building, the James F. Wild Complex, the Stehli Silk Mill and the Armstrong World Industries Headquarters Building. Bob and his wife divide their time between Lancaster and the Chesapeake Bay area of Maryland.
